Work

Since I graduated in 2006 I had 6 jobs. Thats a pretty high number for 5 years and it doesn't look that outstanding on a resume either. In all fairness, I was a little too immature for some of the positions I got myself into. I thought I was a little more savvy than I actually was. Then in all fairness some of the jobs I got myself into were simply bad jobs from the get go. I must have had an addiction to bad job picking.

Hello, My name is Ashley and I'm a bad job picker.

Until last year that is. I wanted to post about my job, something I don't think I've posted about before, or very little if I have. I have found an outstanding place, and that really vague. Its not because of what I do, it is because of who I work for. I work for some of the most genuine, kind and light hearted men. My bosses are wonderful and I appreciate them in all they do at work; even better for what they do outside of work. I think that is a recognizable trait to have your employees appreciate you for not being their boss, but for being a good person in life. My bosses are very opposite of each other and they compliment their work for being so. I can rant and rave about them, but thats not in particularly what I wanted to share. They are outstanding let me just end it with that.

We are growing, and I'm going to be playing a one man show. I am beyond thrilled about it! I'm excited that they want me apart of their team and to grow with them. We will be moving offices here shortly and I get to help with all the details. Its an incredible feeling to actually want to participate more than your normal work hours. I am going to be taking on more challenging aspects of the business and running of the business. Its going to be great, I can just feel it in y bones. I get to design our companies logo; which means, anything with our logo on it as well! I love the designing aspect of my job. I do a lot of it currently and I will be able to expand my designing skills!

If you can't tell, I'm ecstatic for this change. I don't think I just stumbled upon this position either. In my Grandma's words "Its a God thing"

-I have to tell you all, that I mainly wrote this because I've not had anyone to tell. My Mr. Bailey has been working extremely hard and hasn't been coming home until 11 or so at night. So I haven't been able to share my excitement with him and I was about to burst.

Oh! And, I just got my ring back from the Jewelers. I can never get enough of it and feel naked without it.
