Administrative Professionals Day

I know I have said numerous times in the past.
I have been a bad Job picker.
That is, until I stumbled upon my wonderful bosses.

This Wednesday was Administrative Professionals Day. Would you like to know what my sweet bosses did? Mind you, they are incredible and I'm extremely blessed to work for them. They are dear and kind men.
Ed and Sean {my bosses}walk into the office with this plant.
First off, I have brought a couple of plants into our new little office. When we moved, they laughed at how protective I was of my plants. {Something I must have inherited from my Momma} Cautious not to squish them, or traumatize them. So they bought me a Stargazer Lily plant to give the office some fun color.

After watering my new plant family addition, Ed and Sean both look at me as say "Lunch?" I said I'd love to, where would you two like to go. "Cheesecake Factory" was the immediate response. So, these two Gents took me to lunch at the cheesecake factory. After eating a yummy tomato pasta; Sean says "So, what kind of cheese cake do you want?" I was able to get this weeks worth of carbs. Mouthwatering  looking isn't it?
It is Reeses Pieces Chocolate Cheesecake.
Oh My Word.

Before we left lunch, Ed hands me this. Unsure if I should open it right then, I ask. Sean says, Yep so we can see you get embarrassed. This was my card.

You know, I feel great. Knowing that what I do--which sometimes seems dinky--means something to them. It is a great feeling to know you are appreciated. In return, things like this make me want to work harder for my bosses. After all, if it weren't for their trust in me to do my job to the best of my ability, I wouldn't have one.
So, Thank you Sean and Ed, you are THE BEST in the simplest terms.
